UPDATE:
You may have heard by now that a new residential record was set by Charles L. King & Co last weekend with the sale of 94 Wharparilla Drive. Over 1.7 million as the hammer came down. We are so pleased to have been part of the visual marketing campaign for the house, photographing Jim & Leslie’s home by the Murray River and assisting Gary Wood with the copywriting and his vision of a visual tour slideshow that was viewed 700 times on youtube before the auction. Congratulations to Gary, Troy O’Brien and the CLK team and to the winning bidders. No doubt there were a few broken hearts after the sale. After photographing many homes around town, this one really is the Jewel of the Murray. The second home featured in the slideshow below which was originally posted in May this year was also sold for a healthy sum on the day of auction. Goes to show how some great shots and a great agent can boost both the interest in the sale and the sale price itself.
